Pricing: a plan per clinic size, not per feature

OCLÜ pricing is a plan per clinic size: CORE, STUDIO and SIGNATURE all include the same core features, and differ in operatories, clinicians with a calendar and patients; add-ons (OCLÜ AI, e-invoicing, facial aesthetics, WhatsApp, DICOM viewer, public API, Online Booking and Smile Design) are contracted separately on top of any plan. The clinician limit only counts people who have a calendar; receptionists and admin staff without one are unlimited. OCLÜ never charges per appointment, the annual plan is 10% off and you can switch plans whenever you want. For more than 9 clinicians, several locations or anything the other plans do not cover, there is the CUSTOM plan, priced on request.

How much does OCLÜ cost?

CORE costs ARS 35.000 + VAT or USD 25 per month (1 clinic, 1 operatory, 3 clinicians with a calendar, 500 patients). STUDIO, ARS 55.000 + VAT or USD 38 (2 operatories, 6 clinicians, unlimited patients). SIGNATURE, ARS 80.000 + VAT or USD 56 (3 operatories, 9 clinicians, unlimited patients). CUSTOM is priced to fit: for more than 9 clinicians, several locations or anything the other plans do not cover.

Do the prices include VAT?

Prices in Argentine pesos are quoted plus VAT. Prices in dollars are per month. OCLÜ never charges per appointment; if you use the WhatsApp add-on, Meta bills the messages straight to the clinic.

Can I switch plans?

Yes. You can move up or down whenever you want, based on how many clinicians with a calendar the clinic has.

What add-ons are there and what do they cost?

There are eight today: OCLÜ AI (clinical notes, periodontal charts and treatment plans dictated by voice, plus cash-box analysis), invoicing (AFIP/ARCA e-invoicing in Argentina; compliant with RD 1619/2012 in Spain), facial aesthetics (photo-based diagnosis and a plan on a 3D model), WhatsApp integration, DICOM viewer, public API (a REST API for n8n, Make, Zapier or CRMs), Online Booking (patients book themselves) and Smile Design. They are contracted separately on top of any plan; ask for pricing on WhatsApp.

Is there a discount for paying annually?

Yes. The annual plan is 10% off the monthly price of any plan.
