With the OCLÜ app you run your calendar from your phone: you book appointments, move them, cancel them and create patients. You also dictate the clinical note, take the appointment photos straight onto the record, issue prescriptions and talk to your team. It is the OCLÜ dental software app for iOS and Android, with the same data as the web.

What you can do with the OCLÜ app

Calendar

Day, week and month views per clinician. You create and edit appointments, block the calendar, and in the week view you move an appointment by dragging it.

Reminders

From the appointment you send the patient a reminder by email or, free, through your phone's WhatsApp; with the WhatsApp add-on it goes out on its own, from your clinic's number. And you create reminders for your team.

Patients

You search for and add patients, and open the record with details, medical history, clinical notes, treatment plans and media, according to your permissions. You also show the QR code so a new patient can register themselves.

Clinical notes, photos and 3D

You dictate the clinical note and it writes itself, from the app too. You upload photos with the camera to whichever folder you pick, and open STL and PLY models.

Prescriptions

You issue digital prescriptions from the patient record, with the same permissions as on the web.

Team chat

One-to-one and group chats with voice notes, reactions, replies and mentions.
