Files on USB sticks and in folders
The scan is on the patient's CD and the intraoral scan is on the PC in operatory 2.
Everything you keep on your phone, in a drive or on a CD lives on the record, sorted into folders. 3D models and scans open right there, in viewers of our own.
The DICOM viewer, for opening scans, is an add-on.
The scan is on the patient's CD and the intraoral scan is on the PC in operatory 2.
A DICOM viewer, an STL viewer, a photo gallery: three programs for one appointment.
The scanner file will not fit in an email and ends up as a download link that expires.
The patient's images, videos, PDFs, Word, Excel and CSV files, in folders, with their category and grouped by date.
You open the intraoral scan, rotate it, choose a Realistic, Plaster or Glossy material and save the view as an image on the patient record.
You load the maxilla and the mandible from the same scan together, and the contact indicator colours each zone by its distance to the opposing arch, from under 0.1 mm to more than 5 mm.
You put two photos side by side with independent zoom, and adjust brightness, contrast, saturation, cropping and rotation, saving the change or a copy.
You generate a link to a few files, to a folder or to all of the patient's media, expiring in 7, 30 or 90 days, or never. You decide whether files can be downloaded or uploaded, and whoever receives it needs no account.
With the DICOM Viewer add-on you upload the scan to that same record and see it with the panoramic, cross-sections and measurements.
You drag photos, videos, PDFs or STL, PLY and OBJ models into the patient's media, with their folder and category.
You enlarge or compare the photos, and open the 3D model on its own or alongside the opposing arch, in occlusion.
You send a link to the lab or to another clinician, with the expiry and the permissions you choose.
Photos in JPG, PNG, HEIC and TIFF, videos in MP4, MOV, WEBM, AVI and MKV, PDF, Word, Excel, CSV, and 3D models in STL, PLY and OBJ. DICOM scans are uploaded as a .zip or as the CBCT folder, with the DICOM Viewer add-on.
Yes, if you uploaded both arches from the same scan: you load them together and they sit in occlusion, in the position the scanner exported. OCLÜ recognises each arch by the file name — upper and lower, for instance — and the contact indicator shows you in colour how close each zone is.
Yes, with the DICOM Viewer add-on. It runs in the browser: you trace the arch curve and see the panoramic and the cross-sectional slices.
Yes, with a link that opens without an OCLÜ account. You choose what to share, how long it lasts and whether files can be downloaded or uploaded; whoever opens it sees the photos, videos, PDFs and 3D models in the browser.
On the patient record inside OCLÜ; within the app, only users with permission can see them.
