What is a digital dental medical history?
A digital dental medical history is the electronic record of all of a dental patient's clinical and administrative information: history, odontogram, clinical notes, consents, images, treatment plans and payments. In OCLÜ all of that lives on one record shared by the clinic team.
How are consents signed in OCLÜ?
The consent is generated from one of the clinic's templates. The patient signs it on screen or from their phone through the link you send, and the signed document stays on their record with date, time and IP, and cannot be altered.
Can I migrate the medical histories from my current system?
Yes, in two ways. You can import patients and clinical notes yourself from an Excel sheet using the OCLÜ template, or ask for assisted migration: the support team coordinates the load of patients, medical histories, treatments and media from other systems.
Can I export my patients?
Yes. From the patient list you download an Excel file with all of your patients.
Who can see the medical history?
Only users with permission. OCLÜ has per-user permissions (reception, clinician, admin) and an activity log, so each person sees and does only what is theirs to do.
