Signatures on paper
Printed sheets, signed in a hurry and filed in folders that never turn up when you need them.
The patient signs on the practice screen or from their phone, and the consent stays on their record with its PDF and its signature certificate. Informed consents and surgical reports in the OCLÜ dental software are generated from templates with the patient's and the clinician's details already filled in.
Printed sheets, signed in a hurry and filed in folders that never turn up when you need them.
Name, ID and licence number written out in biro on every consent.
If the text changes afterwards, there is no way to know what the patient read and signed.
Consents for periodontics, implants, extraction, root canal treatment, fixed and removable prosthetics, whitening, biopsy, paediatric dentistry and more, which you edit to taste.
You create the consents and surgical reports you actually use. The patient's name, ID, age and address, the clinician's name and licence number, and the place and date are filled in on their own.
The patient signs on screen, or you send the link by email or WhatsApp so they can sign from their phone. The link expires after 7 days and works for one signature only.
Once all signatures are in, you download the PDF with its certificate: it records when and from where they signed, and that the text did not change afterwards.
Once signed, the document cannot be edited, and the proof that the text did not change is kept.
You link each consent to the treatment plan it covers and open it from the patient record.
From the patient record you choose the consent or the surgical report, the clinician and, if you want, the treatment plan.
On the practice screen, or from the patient's phone through the link you send by email or WhatsApp.
Once signed, the document is locked and you download the PDF with its signature certificate.
It is the informed consent the patient signs on a screen rather than on paper. In OCLÜ it is generated from a template with the patient's details, signed in the practice or by link, and kept on the record with a signature certificate.
Yes, through the link you send by email or WhatsApp. They open it on their phone, sign on the screen, and the link stops working the moment they sign; if they do not use it, it expires after 7 days.
With the signature certificate in the PDF: date and time, signing method, originating IP and a SHA-256 hash of the content. The hash makes it possible to verify that the text was not modified after signing.
Yes. You edit the consents that come loaded or create your own, and the same goes for surgical reports.
No, once signed it is locked for editing. If different wording is needed, a new document is generated.
