Online registration: the new patient's record, complete before the first appointment

OCLÜ online registration signs up new patients by link or QR code: the patient enters their personal details, their health insurer, their medical history and their signature from their phone, and the record is created at the clinic without anyone typing it.

What eats your time today in online patient registration

Forms in the waiting room

The patient fills in a sheet by hand and reception transcribes it between calls.

Incomplete records

The ID, the health insurer or the medical history is missing exactly when you need it.

Details copied wrong

An email or a phone number transcribed wrong and the reminders never reach them.

What Online patient registration gives you in OCLÜ

A single-use link

A link for one specific patient: it switches off the moment they complete it and, if they do not use it, expires after 7 days.

A permanent link with a QR code

A link that does not expire, for your website, to share over WhatsApp or for a printed poster at reception. It takes up to 20 registrations a day.

Personal details and health insurer

Personal details with a photo, contact and address, health insurer with plan and member number, and tax details.

Medical history and signature

Medical and dental history, medication and habits, and the consent signed on the phone screen.

Questions to your own shape

You choose which medical history questions show and which are required. The same setup applies to the medical history the team enters.

Notification for the team

When a patient finishes registering, the team gets a notification with a link to their record.

How Online patient registration works, in three steps

  1. You generate the link

From the patient list you pick a single-use link or the permanent one.

  2. You share it

You copy the link, show the QR code on screen or print the poster for reception.

  3. The record creates itself

The patient fills in the form from their phone and the record appears in OCLÜ with their details, medical history and signature.

Frequently asked questions about online patient registration

What is the difference between the single-use link and the permanent one?

The single-use one is for one patient: it switches off when they complete it and expires after 7 days. The permanent one does not expire, any new patient can use it, and it takes up to 20 registrations a day.

What do I do if the permanent link circulates where it should not?

You revoke it or regenerate it from the same place you created it, and the previous link and QR code stop working.

Does the patient need an account or to install anything?

No. They open the link or scan the QR code with their phone and fill in the form in the browser.

Does it work for patients who already have a record?

No, online registration signs up new patients. For an existing patient to update their details there is the update link, sent from their record.
