Debt from memory
Nobody knows for certain what each patient owes until somebody sits down and adds it up.
On each patient's record, the Balance section shows you every movement: what created debt, what they paid and what is left, split by currency. On top of that, the debtors report shows you who owes money across the whole clinic.
