Frequently asked questions about templates
What kinds of templates can be created in OCLÜ?
Informed consents, surgical reports, treatment plan comments, patient emails and WhatsApp messages. On top of that, the clinic builds its medical history form by choosing which questions show and which are required.
Can I edit my clinic's informed consent?
Yes. Consents are the clinic's own templates: you can create one per treatment, modify it when things change, and use it for the patient to sign on screen.
Do templates work for WhatsApp and for email?
Yes. There are email templates for appointments, treatment plans, prescriptions and other sends, and WhatsApp templates for what you send from the record or the appointment. With the WhatsApp add-on you also customise the wording of the automatic reminder, which Meta approves first.
Can I choose which medical history questions to ask?
Yes. Under Templates, in Medical history, you tick which questions show and which are required, location by location. The change applies to the record and to the update link the patient receives.
