Planning on a flat photo
With no anatomical reference it is hard to show the patient what you are going to do, and where.
Add-on: contracted separately, on top of any plan
Facial aesthetics is the OCLÜ add-on for dentists who do facial aesthetics: a diagnosis scored by category, planning on an 18-zone 3D model or by treatment, a quote built from the plan, and photos from five angles to compare appointments.
With no anatomical reference it is hard to show the patient what you are going to do, and where.
How many IU of toxin or how many ml of hyaluronic you planned ends up on a loose sheet or in your head.
The photos live on a phone and it is hard to compare the same shot between one appointment and the next.
You score from 0 to 3 (none, mild, moderate or severe) the aspects of five categories: skin quality, face shape, proportion and contour, symmetry, and animation and expression. The radar chart shows the average for each category.
Each diagnosis keeps a front, 45° and profile photo of each side, which also lands in the patient's media. You pick another diagnosis and see the two radars overlaid and the photos lined up by angle.
An anatomical female or male model, according to the sex on the record. You rotate it or jump to front, 45° or profile, mark with a point or a free stroke, and OCLÜ tells you which zone you are over.
Each mark carries a material, a plane (skin, subcutaneous tissue, muscle or bone) and an amount in ml or IU. OCLÜ totals by material and works out the syringes using the capacity you entered in your catalogue. You filter the marks by plane or by material.
If you would rather not draw, you build the plan from the treatments in your facial aesthetics price list, with amounts and notes. Each treatment shows whether it is pending, draft, in treatment or completed.
You tick the treatments in the plan and OCLÜ builds the quote with the prices from your list. If you planned in 3D, you link that planning to the quote to keep the materials and the syringes in view. The quote and its clinical notes are tagged as Facial aesthetics.
You score each aspect of the face from 0 to 3, upload the front, 45° and profile photos, and note down what the patient is asking for.
You mark material, plane and amount on the 3D model, or build the plan from the treatments in your price list.
You create the quote from the plan and, at the follow-up, compare the new diagnosis and its photos with the previous one.
It includes a scored facial diagnosis, planning on an 18-zone 3D model or by treatment, a quote from the plan, and photos from five angles. All of it stays on the patient record, next to their odontogram.
