OCLÜ for facial aesthetics: diagnosis, a 3D plan and the quote on one record

OCLÜ is dental software with facial aesthetics: a structured diagnosis with photos by angle, a plan on a 3D model with materials, planes and syringe counts, and a treatment plan built from it, all on the patient record.

What gets pieced together by hand today

Free-text diagnosis

With no scale, it is hard to compare skin, symmetry or proportions from one appointment to the next.

The plan on a marked-up photo

Zones and amounts end up drawn over an image or in a notebook, and nobody adds up how many syringes are needed.

A separate quote

The plan and the quote get written twice, in two different places.

A facial aesthetics appointment in OCLÜ

  1. Diagnosis

You score the 21 subcategories of skin, shape, proportion, symmetry and expression from 0 to 3, and add photos from 5 angles plus notes. You get a radar chart per category.

  2. A plan on the 3D model

On a female or male facial model you mark points or strokes with the material, the plane (skin, subcutaneous tissue, muscle or bone) and the amount. The zone is detected on its own and the plan adds up the totals and the syringes.

  3. Or by treatment

If you prefer, you build the plan from your aesthetics price list: hyaluronic acid, toxin, biostimulators, threads, devices and more, with amounts and notes.

  4. Treatment plan

You pick the treatments from the plan and the quote is created, following the usual approval, payment and clinical note circuit.

  5. Follow-up

At the next visit you run a new diagnosis and compare it with an earlier one: the radar charts overlaid and the photos from both dates lined up by angle.

Frequently asked questions about facial aesthetics

Is the 3D model the patient's own face?

No. It is an anatomical facial model, female or male according to the sex on the record, used to place the plan. The patient's photos go in the diagnosis, one per angle.

What materials can I set up?

Hyaluronic acid, botulinum toxin, biostimulator and PRP come ready, and you add your own with a name, type, unit in ml or IU, default amount and capacity per syringe. With that, the plan works out how many syringes you use.

Can I compare the patient's progress?

Yes. Every diagnosis keeps its date. With “Compare with…” you overlay the radar chart of an earlier diagnosis and see the photos from both dates lined up by angle.

How is the quote built?

If you plan by treatment, you pick the items from the plan and the quote is created from your aesthetics price list. If you plan on the 3D model, you can link that plan to the quote as a reference for materials and zones.

Is it included in every plan?

No. Facial aesthetics is an add-on that goes on top of any plan. Calendar, patients, treatment plans and payments come with every plan.
